Laurie De Paz, Insurance concierge Face Forward

Laurie was born and raised in Baytown TX. She obtained her associates degree from Lee College in Health Information Management. She joins our team with over 15 years of Insurance and patient billing and office management from various physician practices and in patient/outpatient facilities. She strives to make every patient experience as pleasant as possible, and she works with each patient to remove confusion about the billing process.

She efficiently manages the whole process from start to finish for our patients. Laurie loves the work she does and could not see herself doing anything else. Laurie always knew she wanted a job in healthcare and loved working with people. In addition to helping patients with insurance and billing, Laurie serves as the office manager. She oversees the day to day activities of the clinic and ensures that office processes run smoothly. She has a genuine concern for helping patients in any way possible with their insurance/billing needs and any other areas where she may be of assistance. When Laurie isn’t in the office she loves spending time with her husband Carlos, her two sons and three fur babies and family. They love to travel and host family gatherings.
