Dr. Regina Rodman
Dr. Regina Rodman is a facial plastic surgeon who is able to treat a wide range of problems in the face and neck. She did her residency in Otolaryngology (ENT surgery) at the University of Texas Houston where she was chief resident her final year and was voted as resident of the year for her outstanding performance. She was then selected to do advanced training in facial plastic, reconstructive and craniomaxillofacial surgery at SUNY Upstate in New York.
Her fellowship is one of the only facial plastic fellowships that focuses on craniofacial surgery as well as complex head and neck reconstruction. Because she specifically focuses on the face, she is able to perform a range of procedures that enhance both bony and soft tissue problems. I believe that everyone deserves to feel good about the way they look. Whether someone is born with a defect, had cancer, trauma, or simply wishes to improve some aspect their face, I will work with them achieve an appearance that makes them happy. Dr. Rodman sees her role as surgeon as part of helping people on their journey of health and wellness. Outside of her busy clinical schedule, she makes time for exercise.
Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Melissa Bender is a double board certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon and Head and Neck surgeon who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck, non-surgical facial optimization, and hair restoration. She is passionate about working closely with her patients to help them visualize and achieve their individual aesthetic goals. Dr. Bender grew up in Houston and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine in her hometown of Houston, Texas. She then completed an internship and residency in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She was privileged to be selected for a humanitarian trip performing cleft lip and palate repair in the Philippines during her training. Following residency, Dr. Bender was selected for a highly competitive fellowship through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the direction of Dr. Edward Buckingham in Austin, Texas. She then pursued additional training with multiple surgeons around the country in order to offer hair restoration surgery.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Houston Society of Otolaryngology, and the Texas Medical Association.
During her time off, Dr. Bender enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Her husband owns a travel company and she loves being able to travel to new places with her family.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, swimming, trying new things on my own, and spending time with my family.

You’ll most likely see me smiling during your visit with Dr. Rodman! I’m always happy to help and make your experience a great one. When I’m not at the office creating content or assisting patients, I enjoy working out, going on runs, hunting for thrift-store finds, and trying new local coffee shops with my twin sister. My long-term goal is to attend medical school and continue growing my career in healthcare.

I’m here to ensure all the systems run smoothly so the team can be patient focused. Outside of the office I enjoy learning about teams and business as well as expanding my coffee palate.

I’m the first smile you meet and the last smile you see. Whether you need help booking an appointment or finding the perfect time for your visit, I’m your go-to calendar bestie! I’m also a future Medical Esthetician, so one day I’ll be your esti bestie, too. Outside of work, you can find me horseback riding, dancing, exploring new trails, trying new coffee shops, spending time with my husband + family.
Licensed Surgical Assistant
I am Dr. Rodman’s Licensed Surgical Assistant, and you will most likely find me in the operating room assisting with surgeries or caring for patients during their post-operative appointments. I am passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their surgical journey. Outside of work, I enjoy DIY projects, relaxing by the pool, and spending time on the beautiful beaches of Cancun.
