Hairline Advancement and Forehead Reduction
A high hairline can make your forehead appear longer and affect the proportions of your upper face. Hairline advancement lowers the hairline, creating a shorter forehead and a more balanced facial shape.
The procedure may be performed on its own or paired with a brow lift when both hairline position and eyebrow placement need attention.

Virtual consultations allow out-of-town patients to speak with Dr. Rodman before arranging travel. Your patient care coordinator can also explain how long you should remain in Houston and what support you will need during the early recovery period.

We also offer mini facelift surgery for selected patients, facial fat grafting, hairline advancement, chin augmentation and reduction, osseous genioplasty, jaw implants, and other facial contouring procedures. The appropriate choice depends on your anatomy, age, skin quality, concerns, and desired level of change.
Face Forward offers financing through third-party providers, including PatientFi and CareCredit, for qualified applicants. Major credit cards are also accepted.
A patient coordinator can review the available financing options, estimated costs, and payment timelines with you. In selected cases, procedures may be performed in stages when that approach fits the surgical plan.

Yes. Face Forward offers virtual consultations for patients who live outside Garden Oaks. Dr. Rodman can review submitted photographs and speak with you through a private, HIPAA-secure video appointment to discuss your anatomy and potential surgical plan.
The patient care coordinator can help with lodging, post-operative nursing care, local appointments, and other practical details. Many surgical patients arrive one or two days before their procedure and remain in the Garden Oaks or Houston area for approximately 10 to 14 days, depending on the surgery and recovery needs.
Both specialties require extensive medical and surgical education. A facial plastic surgeon completes training concentrated on the anatomy and function of the face, head, and neck.
